We DO NOT require you to pay ANY up front fees to do the Insurance claim. We agree in majority of cases to pay on your behalf for disbursements, i.e. medical report fees to doctors, court fees, agent’s fees, etc. We do not charge our legal fees until your claim is successful, which is our personal injuries claims `no win- no pay` policy.

In some family law matters we will not charge you any fees until the claim is successful but it is not always possible and in some instances you would need to pay for the services by installments if easier for you. We will provide you with a letter outlining the fee structure and the amounts of legal fees that in the majority of cases the defendant/respondent will be paying at the conclusion of the successful claim. Unlike other firms, we are happy to discuss our future estimated costs with you before you decide to proceed with the claim.
