If you have an insurance claim and it is successful, we will recover most of our fees and disbursements (in some cases all of them) from the insurance company. We will not charge any up-front fee for our services. We can attend hospital or your house by appointment.

If you have a family law matter in some instances we will recover most of our fees and disbursements (in some cases all of them) from the respondent and we will not charge any up-front fee for our services. In some instances, however, it will not be possible and you would need to pay for our services by installments if more convenient. We will advise you of the costs (if any) at the first obligation free consultation.
